Employed or your Own Business

Do you know the importance of companies and companions?
When you are employed you take those things for granted.
You wake up in the morning, take a shower, eat your breakfast and then off to work. At the work you grab a cup of coffee and sit down at your office table or what it is you do. Five days a week and maybe a few hours of over time. Are you working weekends too? Then it is time for holidays. How many weeks or even months per year do you have free time? Different times in different countries. You see working friends all year around and do not se them when you have time off.

At company functions you have fun together. Good food, nice drinks, dancing and maybe some seminars for a good cause.
You get to know the people you are working for and with. Maybe you like them or maybe you don’t. Do you take the time for appreciation? Do you thank the boss for giving you every thing or do you take it for granted? How about your working friends. Do you take care of them and pamper them when it is needed? Maybe you take them for granted too.

When you are working for yourself you are most of the time by yourself. You wake up by yourself or with your spouse. Make a breakfast, taking a shower and getting ready for work. Your spouse is already going away and you have to either organize or start where you have set the plan for today. How do you start? Who do you talk too? If you start early in the morning people might not even be awake. You can start as early as you like. So what to do? You put the coffee on for two or three persons? Well the coffee is made and you grab a cup and sit down at the office table.

You lift up the telephone to pitch people in to the business. A problem shows up. You have to solve it at once. Where do you turn to? Who can help you? Those questions you have to solve by yourself. Most people that want to work for themselves do not realize that issues have to be solved. You might not find a person at once to help you so where to go? You can not lack of discipline. If you do get rid of it. To be a good planner is vital too. If you plan to fail then you plan to fail. As hard as it sounds it is true. The greatest leaders are super good in planning and making action. Do like the leaders. Follow them.

Find your own way to work and be persistent. Once you have started to build an organization you will get co workers. Treat them as your best friends. Help them and guide them to the success. Finally you will have good companions in your own company. You are your own boss and they are not employed by you. At no costs, with any responsibility just to have fun and be a team. Wasn’t that what ordinary job was meant to be ones upon a time?
